【Property】
This product is a macromolecule surfactant containing quaternary ammonium salts; appearance is colorless to light yellow viscose liquid. Be dissolved in water easily, good water solution stability, keep stable in the wide PH range, safe and non-toxic. Freezing point:-2.8 ℃, specific weight: 1.04 g/cm3, resolve temperature 280—300℃.
It is high charge density polymer stabilizers, and can be gone into AKD emulsion used as promoter and fungicides, provides the strong cationic component protecting agent for “the third generation” high solid content AKD emulsion, and promotes the sizing function. Used as a cationic surfactant in other compounded agent.

【Application】
Used in AKD neutral-alkaline sizing system, greatly limiting the AKD hydrolysis and migration tendencies. The "third generation" AKD mainly used to precipitate calcium carbonate loading multi-purpose photocopy paper. After the paper containing cationic polymer is reused, 60% of the cationic polymer still is adsorpted in the fibre,the paper can have good water increasing function.Used as cationic surfactant in deinked agent, especially for flotation of aqueous aniline ink, the cation’s hydrophilic group easily adsorpted into the surface of ink particles, showing hydrophobic,thus enhancing adsorption of the ink particles and bleb, and pulp brightness is higher after the flotation. It can also be used as cationic surfactant components of resin control agent in pulping.
【Use】
Please first have a small test to confirm the correct method and dosage.
Reference dosage: adding 50 Kg the product into 1 t fresh 15% AKD emulsion, slightly higher than it in the southern region, slightly lower than it in the northern region. The above is for reference only, the amount depending on the specific facts.
